Our deposit, cancellation, and modification policies vary depending on the rate type. Please carefully review the conditions associated with your booked rate. These policies may also differ based on current promotions and the booking channel used, especially if you book through a third party (e.g., OTAs, tour operators, travel agencies). To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount will be required.<\/p>\n

For our rental residences, the balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival. It will be automatically charged. Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard. <\/p>\n

Cancellation and modification policy<\/em><\/strong> :<\/p>\n

No cancellation or modification fees will be charged up to 8 days before arrival.<\/p>\n

From 7 days before arrival, no-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.<\/p>\n
