Castell'Verde Residence

300 metres from the beach, via a private access, the Castell’Verde Residence rubs elbows with a protected environment composed of pine trees, oak, mimosa, oleander, mastic tree, arbutus or juniper; more than 200 different tree species.

The residence will charm everyone who wants to preserve his intimacy, during a relaxing stay in family or with friends.

Each lodging, decorated with a maritime theme, has a capacity of 2 to 5 persons.

You will enjoy a bar and restaurant which are perfectly combined to provide an unforgettable family stay in the fabulous setting of Santa Giulia.

The private swimming pool is perfectly situated in the centre of the resort. From here, you will enjoy an incredible bird’s eye view of the sea. You will love to admire the different colours of the sky when relaxing in the swimming pool’ deck chairs.

Bedrooms

The residence is fitted with 120 lodgings, fully equipped with air-conditioning, kitchen with microwave oven, induction hob, dishwater, refrigerator, freezer, separate bathroom with shower and toilet, flat screen, safety deposit box and terrace.

Stays are available for a week or for short stay (3 night minimum).

5 types of lodgings are proposed

  • Studio 2/3 people (24 m²) : Entrance room with bed, living room with queen size bed, separate bathroom with shower and WC.

  • Duplex B or C 2/4 people (34 m²) : Ground floor: living room with sofa, kitchenette and separated bathroom with shower and WC. 1st floor: separate bedroom with queen size bed, 2 bunk beds in an opened mezzanine. Two independent bunk beds either in an alcove on the first floor or upstairs in a room opening onto the staircase.

  • Duplex A 4/5 persons ( 40 m²): Ground floor: alcove with two 80cm bunk beds, living room with sofa and dining area, shower with WC. First floor: separate bedroom with queen size bed (160), mezzanine with 120 bed.

  • Duplex A + 4/5 people (40 m²) : Ground floor: living room with sofa and kitchenette, two separate bathrooms with shower and WC. 1st floor: separate bedroom with queen size bed (160), and a mezzanine with two additional bunk beds (140 and 80) in the mezzanine floor.

Conditions

General terms
  • Check-in and check-out everyday.
  • Check-in from 5:00PM on arrival day. Rooms must be vacated at 10:00AM on departure day.
  • A 300€ deposit is required at check-in, by credit card pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will be released after your departure.
  • Tourist tax is additional, calculated by a percentage of the overnight stay and a maximum of 3.30€ per person per day (rate subject to change by the municipality without notice).
  • Sheets are renewed once a week.
  • Bed linen, bath mats and kitchen towels are provided.
  • Beach and bath towels are not furnished. Possibility to rent bath towels : 6€/towel.
  • The final cleaning is not included in the rental price and will be charged 45€ for a studio - 60€ for any other accomodation.
  • Cleaning service is available during your stay, at same rates.
  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Possibility to rent a crib on reservation: 20€/week.

Booking terms
  • A Credit Card is required in order to confirm a booking. The Credit Card must be valid until the end of the stay.
  • Free cancellation until 15 days prior to arrival (8 days depending on the selected rate sales conditions)
  • If cancelled later or in case of No Show, 100 % of the estimated booking amount will be charged and is non refundable.
