Concept
Born from a genuine partnership between local stakeholders, the Oasis & Spa Santa Giulia offers a committed trade approach that focuses on short supply chains and organic farming! Fruits and vegetables are sourced directly from regional producers, along with Corsican cheeses, organic beer and wine, coffee, and tea. Light snacks (salad jars, mini toasts, fruit and vegetable platters) are served on deckchairs, accompanied by natural refreshments such as cold-pressed juices — the perfect combo for the beach! From the dishes to the materials used for the décor (furniture, menu, tableware, etc.), everything has been designed around this concept : natural and organic.

Citrus fruits (lemons, oranges, clementines, grapefruits), peaches and nectarines, as well as strawberries: we have selected two local producers to offer you organic fruit and vegetable platters, as well as 100% refreshing fresh fruit juices! For L’Oasis Santa Giulia, we have chosen an organic Corsican cheese from the Rizzanese Valley. Don’t miss tasting this delicious tomme, either on a toast or on its own! Just a few kilometers away in Bonifacio, we discovered organic bread producers! We offer it to enjoy as sweet or savory toasts. L’Oasis also provides a variety of teas and coffees for a memorable experience! Let’s not forget the organic wines (to be consumed responsibly)! Two estates, located on the sunny terroirs of southern Corsica, won us over: Domaine Fiumicicoli and Domaine de Granajolo. Finally, Ribella (Rebelle), a unique organic beer, will be available under the shade of the trees on Santa Giulia beach.
