Terms and Conditions of Sale

Our deposit, cancellation, and modification policies vary depending on the rate type. Please carefully review the conditions associated with your booked rate. These policies may also differ based on current promotions and the booking channel used, especially if you book through a third party (e.g., OTAs, tour operators, travel agencies). In such cases, please refer to the terms and conditions specific to that partner.

 

Flexible Rate :

Booking Conditions :

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount will be required.

For our rental residences, the balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival. It will be automatically charged. Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard.

Cancellation and modification policy :

No cancellation or modification fees will be charged up to 8 days before arrival.

From 7 days before arrival, no-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.

Semi-Flexible Rate :

Booking Conditions :

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required.

For our rental residences, the balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival. It will be automatically charged.

Payment methods accepted by credit card: Visa, MasterCard.

Cancellation and modification policy :

No cancellation fees will be charged up to 21 days before arrival.

For any cancellation or modification of your stay :

  • From 20 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged
  • From 14 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount will be charged
  • From 7 days before arrival, no-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Prepaid Rates – Non-modifiable – Non-refundable.

Booking Conditions :

Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.

Payment methods accepted by credit card: Visa, MasterCard

Cancellation and modification policy :

From the moment of booking, for any cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure,

  • 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged.
  • Reservation is non-modifiable and non-refundable.

Deposit and Pre-authorization :

For our hotels Moby Dick and Castell’Verde, a pre-authorization of €50 per day will be requested on your credit card. Without this, you will not be able to charge your expenses from our service points to your room for payment at the end of your stay. You will need to pay directly at those points.

For the Castell’Verde Residence and Moby Dick Pavilions, a deposit of €300 per stay, payable by credit card, will be required at check-in. Cash and check payments are not accepted.

For the Cala Sultana Residence and the Moby Dick Lodges, a deposit of €600 per stay, payable by credit card, will be required at check-in. Cash and check payments are not accepted.

End of stay cleaning :

The payment of end-of-stay cleaning fees is mandatory at the following establishments :

  • Castell’Verde Residence : Studio €45, Duplex €60
  • Moby Dick Pavilons : €45
  • Cala Sultana Residence : €65
  • Moby Dick Lodges : Beach House €50, Premium Beach House €95, Luxury Beach House €115

Tourist Taxes :

A tourist tax will be requested at the end of your stay. This amount is subject to change without notice by the local municipality. As of today, it is :

  • Hôtel Moby Dick : €1.65/adult
  • Hôtel Castell’Verde : €1.10/adult
  • Residences and Lodges : amount determined based on the date of stay, up to a maximum of €3.30/adult/night.
