At Santa Giulia, or at Palombaggia—another paradise beach near Porto-Vecchio—for the more experienced riders, you can enjoy a few hours on horseback in a dream setting thanks to our partner A Staffa.
The program includes rides on the sand and swimming with the horses. The A Staffa riding club offers different packages tailored to your desires and skill levels.
For nature lovers, you can choose the 3-hour ride starting from the club, wandering through the maquis and soaking in its scents. All rides lead to breathtaking landscapes, finishing in the bay of Santa Giulia for a bareback swim with the horses.

It’s possible thanks to the “NEZ” hike! Stéphane Rogliano, a mountain guide and botany enthusiast, will lead you by the nose through the maquis to discover the aromatic plants of the Isle of Beauty. Don’t miss this original and authentic walking tour that will let you experience the fragrances of Corsican vegetation: myrtle, mastic, strawberry trees, everlasting flowers, junipers, laricio pines, thyme — a host of strange and penetrating scents that will awaken your senses throughout this scented excursion… A fragrant journey through the scents of the Corsican maquis? You’ll set off on a half-day or full-day olfactory adventure.
Two options are available to you:
Join a group led by the guide (7 to 15 people). Departure at 7:30 AM for a half-day nature discovery in the maquis or mountains. Participation fee: €20 per person and €12 for children under 14.
Or choose the private package option for a half-day or full day, alone, as a couple, with family, or an existing group.Half-day package: €140 (up to 6 people)
Full-day package: €220.
