Discover the Residence Castell'Verde

Perched above Santa Giulia, the Castell’Verde Residence is set in a park where nature reigns supreme. Stone pines, palm trees, cork oaks, mimosas, oleanders, arbutus, mastic trees, junipers—over 200 species of trees and shrubs make up this generous natural setting that will accompany your stay. The Castell’Verde Residence will appeal to those who wish to maintain their independence for a peaceful stay with family or friends. The beach is only 500 meters from the residence, a 5-minute walk, accessible via a private path. Accommodating 2 to 5 guests, the “marine interior” units give you the feeling of being in a boat cabin where you are the sole captain. Imagine a place where the only spectacle is the bay and you. Rejuvenate facing the turquoise waters of the sea, just steps away from your holiday rental in Corsica.

You can enjoy the freshness of this preserved natural environment while being so close to the sea. Castell’Verde provides everything you need for a successful stay. The Residence is adjacent to the Castell’Verde Hotel and is also part of the Sud Corse Hôtellerie group.

The Castell’Verde Residence consists of 120 fully equipped accommodations and offers stays either weekly or short-term ( minimum 3 nights).

All accommodations are air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen featuring a microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, shower cabin with WC, flat-screen TV, safe, and a small outdoor loggia.

Five types of apartments are available :

• Studio 2/3 people (24 m²): Entrance area with one 80 cm bed, living area with a 160 cm bed, shower cabin with WC.
• Duplex B : 2–4 guests (34 m²): Ground floor: living room with sofa and dining area, shower cabin with WC.
  Upstairs : separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Additionally, two bunk beds either in an alcove on the ground floor or upstairs in a bedroom open to the staircase.

• Duplex A 4/5 people (40 m²): Ground floor: alcove with two 80 cm bunk beds, living area with sofa and dining corner, shower cabin with WC. Upstairs: separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed, mezzanine open to the living area with a 120 cm bed.
• Duplex A + : 4–5 guests (40 m²): Ground floor: living area with sofa and dining corner, two shower cabins with WC.
  Upstairs: separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a mezzanine open to the living area with a 120 cm bed and an 80 cm bunk bed above it. All duplexes of this type are sea-facing.
