Between crystalline waters and white sand, Santa Giulia is one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Corsica, between Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio. The beach is accessible from the residence via a private path in just 5 minutes on foot.
Residence Cala Sultana is located within a private, shaded estate planted with native island species. This 5-hectare Mediterranean property houses 65 apartments in single-story buildings fully clad in wood and seamlessly integrated into the wild natural surroundings.
With accommodations for 2 to 6 people, the apartments are spacious, bright, and decorated in a modern, understated, and refined style, combining comfort and elegance. The different types of apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor, all featuring a large private terrace with garden furniture.
You will be charmed by Cala Sultana, a luxury residence combining environmental respect and comfort for a unique and relaxing seaside stay.
You can also enjoy its heated outdoor pool. In the estate’s gardens, away from the apartments, you can relax by the pool equipped with deckchairs and savor moments of tranquility.

Fully Equipped Bedrooms
These upscale apartments offer optimal comfort.
All apartments at the Cala Sultana Residence are air-conditioned and feature a kitchen with oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, television, and electric shutters and blinds.
Four types of apartments are available :
- T1 2/3 people (35 m²): Entrance area with a bed, bathroom with shower and WC, living area with a 160 cm bed.
- T2 3/4 people (42 m²): Entrance area with two bunk beds, bathroom with shower and WC, separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
- T3 4/5 people (53 m²): Entrance area with a bed, bathroom with shower and WC, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and one bedroom with two 80 cm beds (which can be combined into a large bed).
- T4 5/6 people (88 m²): Two bathrooms with shower and WC, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and one bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Private garden of 150 m² with terrace.

Terms and Conditions
- Apartments are available from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- A security deposit is required on the day of arrival via credit card authorization. This deposit is not returned on the day of departure but is released after the guest’s departure. It is set at €500 for the Cala Sultana apartments.
- Tourist tax is payable on site, calculated as a percentage of the nightly rate, with a maximum of €3.30 per person per day (rate subject to change by the municipality without notice).
- Apartments are provided with bed linens, renewed weekly. Towels and beach linens are not supplied.
- Towel rental is available: €6 per towel.
- Bed linens, bath mats, and kitchen towels are provided.
- Mid-stay cleaning is available by reservation at €40, only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Final cleaning is mandatory and will be charged €69.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Baby cot rental available on request: €20.
Additional Information :
- Résidence Cala Sultana has a reception desk open only on arrival and departure days: Friday and Saturday.
Booking Conditions:
A reservation is only confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit of the total stay. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival and is charged automatically. Payment by credit card: Visa or MasterCard.
- Cancellation is free up to 15 days before arrival (or 8 days depending on the terms of the chosen rate).
- No cancellation possible for the prepaid rate.
