In the far south of Corsica, few establishments can boast as exceptional a location as Résidence Moby Dick. With the color of the water, the smooth rocks along the shore, and the fine sandy beach, it’s hard to believe you’re in Corsica—this place feels more like the Caribbean. Located on the lagoon strip between the sea and the wild bird reserve, Résidence Moby Dick features waterfront pavilions stretching along the beach.
Surrounded by lush maritime pine and strawberry tree vegetation, our pavilions invite you to « Robinson Crusoe » by the water, for a leisurely stay with complete freedom, whether with family or friends.
Equipped with private terraces and gardens, the bungalows at Résidence Moby Dick offer all the comfort needed to fully enjoy relaxation and sunshine.
Free parking is available on the estate, located near the residence. Pavilions are accessible only on foot through the pine grove, just a few minutes’ walk from the parking area.

The Moby Dick pavillons are located a few steps from the hotel of the same name, within the Santa Giulia estate.
Waterfront Pavilions
Résidence Moby Dick consists of 69 comfortable pavilions and offers stays from monday to monday or friday to friday.
All are single-story and located less than 30 meters from the sea. The difference lies in their location: Superior Sea Pavilions were renovated in 2021, Premium Sea Pavilions have also been renovated and offer breathtaking views; both categories provide exceptional comfort and amenities. Standard Pavilions offer a simpler experience and are set in the second row.
Each pavilion accommodates a maximum of 2 people (20 m²). Some pavilions feature a trundle bed and can host up to 2 adults and 1 child (ages 2–12).
All pavilions are air-conditioned and include a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, bathroom with shower and WC, safe, and outdoor pergola with garden furniture and hammock. The main room features a 160 cm bed.

Terms and Conditions
- Apartments are available from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Tourist tax is payable on site, calculated as a percentage of the nightly rate, with a maximum of €3.30 per person per day (rate subject to change by the municipality without notice).
- Pavilions are provided with linens, including bed sheets, bath mats, and kitchen towels, renewed weekly.
- Bath towels are not provided. Rental option available: €6 per towel.
- Final cleaning is mandatory and will be charged €55. Mid-stay cleaning is available at the same rate, by prior reservation at Reception.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Baby cot rental is available on request : €20 per week.
- Mandatory deposit to be paid on-site by credit card or cash: €300/accommodation
- Check-in and key collection take place at the reception of the Castell’Verde Residence, located on the left at the beginning of the Golfe de Santa Giulia road. The reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM during the high season.
Booking Conditions :
- A credit card is required to guarantee any reservation. This card must be valid at the time of the stay.
- Cancellation is free up to 15 days before arrival (or 8 days depending on the terms of the chosen rate).
- If canceled later or in case of no-show at the hotel, 100% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable.
- No cancellation possible with the prepaid rate.
